Domestic Shipping
Vintage postcards and ephemera products are shipped via USPS. All paper items are shipped in plastic sleeves, sandwiched between cardboard for protection.

Insurance/Delivery Confirmation
Choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for Delivery Confirmation & Insurance. Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. We no longer ship via USPS First Class Mail as Insurance/Delivery Confirmation is NOT available for this method.

International Shipping
Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping.

When will my order arrive?
We ship vintage postcards promptly, usually the next business day, upon receipt of payment. We always email you a shipping confirmation with tracking/delivery confirmation info as soon as your order ships. 

What is your Return Policy?
You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for full refund (less shipping costs). See full REFUND POLICY for more details. If an item has been damaged during shipment, please use this CONTACT FORM to get in touch with us.
