Domestic Shipping
Vintage postcards and ephemera products are shipped via USPS. All paper items are shipped in plastic sleeves, sandwiched between cardboard for protection.
Orders $15 or Less
If you are placing a small order under $15, you may opt for USPS First Class Mail for shipping. Please note that USPS First Class Mail does not include Insurance or Delivery Confirmation. We use a third-party tracing app that offers a secure system for tracing mail pieces sent through USPS. Core services include:
- Proof of Mailing: Generates a verifiable record that a mail piece was sent.
- Proof of Delivery: Provides confirmation that a mail piece has reached its intended recipient.
- Real-time Tracking: Offers continuous updates on the status and location of a mail piece as it moves through the postal system.
- Digital Archiving: Securely stores tracking records and associated documentation permanently, ensuring easy access for future reference or legal compliance.
Insurance/Delivery Confirmation
All orders over $15 will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, which both include Delivery Confirmation & Insurance. If you need your items quickly, choose Priority Mail, as it is the fastest and most reliable shipping method.
International Shipping
Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping.
When will my order arrive?
We ship vintage postcards promptly, usually the next business day, upon receipt of payment. We always email you a shipping confirmation with tracking/delivery confirmation info as soon as your order ships.
What is your Return Policy?
You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for full refund (less shipping costs). See full REFUND POLICY for more details. If an item has been damaged during shipment, please use this CONTACT FORM to get in touch with us.
