Vintage New York City postcard of Churchill's Restaurant Cabaret Club, opened in 1909 on Broadway & Forty-Ninth Street by retired NYC Police captain, Jim Churchill. The popular venue could seat 1,200 people and customers often had to wait in long lines. Churchill sold the restaurant in 1921 because of Prohibition.
